Questions about official Carbon County criminal records belong with the office that created or maintains the record. This private resource cannot retrieve, change, or certify government files. The contacts below route court documents to the proper clerk, local reports and bookings to the sheriff, and personal Utah criminal-history requests to the Bureau of Criminal Identification.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

  • City police reports: contact Price, Helper, Wellington, or the other agency that wrote the report
  • Expungement filings: submit the petition to the court that decided the case

The Carbon County Sheriff accepts records requests in person or by email at SheriffsOfficeAdmin@carbon.utah.gov. Countywide GRAMA requests may also go to the Clerk/Auditor at 751 East 100 North, Suite 1100, Price, UT 84501; 435-636-3221; auditors@carbon.utah.gov. Call the appropriate custodian before a trip to confirm access, current fees, and whether a written Government Records Access and Management Act request is required.
